So, my thoughts are really all over the board.


I have been impacted.

I am not lost.

Maybe just a little speechless.

A combination of connection and reconnection.

I wanted someone to stand next to and bang my fists on their chest and just be held.

No sympathy needed – just the raw perspective of it all.

Yesterday I had tears during yoga and today I had a few less.

Should I be here – should I be there. Should it have been there then, now or never.
