Simple Summer Salad


Green beans, corn and tomatoes tossed with red onions and basil in a balsamic vinaigrette dressing


Cooking Method: No Cook
Prep Time: 20
Cooking Time: Up to 10 minutes

Makes: 4 servings (1 cup each)

Ingredients


2 cups frozen cut green beans, (about 8 ounces), thawed, drained
1 package (10 ounces) frozen corn, thawed, drained
1 can (14.5 ounce) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes in Juice, drained
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil, (about 1 ounce)
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
4 leaf lettuce leaves, (optional)

Directions


Combine beans, corn and diced tomatoes in medium bowl.
Add onions, basil and dressing; toss lightly.
Serve on lettuce-covered salad plates, if desired.
