EFFECTIVELY MANAGING OPERATIONAL STRESS IS VITAL TO THE READINESS OF THE MARINECORPS AS A FIGHTING FORCE, AND TO MAINTAINING THE LONG-TERM HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF MARINES, SAILORS, AND FAMILIES.
