I eat pumpkin pie for breakfast between November and December. (sometimes)
According to this article = I am ok. I am even being healthy.
A single slice of ordinary pumpkin pie offers half the calories and more fiber and calcium than pecan, and has nearly two-thirds of your daily vitamin A needs.

Vitamin A helps form and maintain healthy teeth, skeletal and soft tissue, mucous membranes, and skin. It is also known as retinol because it generates the pigments in the retina.

Vitamin A promotes good vision, especially in dim light.
